CAPEX model is where the project company will be the owner of the project and will be responsible for funding and opening of import L/C.
GPS will act as the project developer and EPC Company. GPS Ltd. will be responsible for design, sourcing of equipment & related accessories, installation, commissioning, and handover of the project as per the agreement. The project company will be the owner of the solar system. GPS Limited and the project company will sign an agreement at an agreed project cost.
